In our monthly business update meetings our Directors talk to everyone in the business, sharing our strategy and priorities. Staff Working Groups get together to discuss our strategy and priorities, giving us valuable feedback that helps shape our decisions and direction.
Talent Management & Development is an essential part of our culture. Our “People” department actively develop forward-thinking programs including, “Future Leaders” at both foundation and advanced levels.

At any given moment, a minimum of 90% of our team will have taken and passed the Chartered Institute of Waste Management (CIWM) WasteSmart program. Our aim is for all staff to be certified within their first year of joining the team.
